(KNSI) – Police are looking for a white car and two teenagers are recovering from wounds suffered in a drive-by shooting at a St. Cloud park.

Police were called to the 1100 Block of 9th Avenue South around 8:15 p.m. on Friday on a report of gunshots.

Police say they found two 17-year-old boys from St. Cloud with gunshot wounds at Reach Up Park.

According to a press release, officers performed emergency first aid to the victims, including placing a tourniquet on one of the victim’s legs.

Both teens were transported to the St. Cloud Hospital by Mayo Ambulance in serious condition.

According to investigators, the victims were at Reach Up Park near the basketball court when a suspect inside a vehicle going past the park on 10th Avenue SE fired multiple gunshots towards the victims.

Both victims received single gunshot wounds.

The suspect vehicle, described as a white sedan, immediately left the area and was last seen going Northbound on 10th Avenue SE.

Police say both victims are in stable condition at the St. Cloud Hospital.

Officials say this is an active investigation, and the motive behind the shooting is still being determined.

If anyone has any information about the vehicle or the shooting, they’re asked to call the St. Cloud Police Department at 320-345-4444.
