(KNSI) – The Paramount Center for the Arts is set to host several stage shows in July, along with the public reveal of the theatre’s art installation outside the building as part of its 100th anniversary year festivities.

On Thursday, July 15th at 8 p.m., the Paramount will unveil a sculpture created by artists Karl Unnasch, Sam Spiczka and Mary Bruno. The Paramount says the art installation is a gift to the city of St. Cloud.

“The projected sculpture can be described as an architectural steel form, fitted with facets of stained glass, and lit from within. The public icon will serve as a beacon of pride for the livelihood of downtown St. Cloud as well as a landmark for visitors to visually capture their experience at the historic Paramount Theatre.”

The public is invited to the free unveiling event.

The first show scheduled in July is Ole & Lena at the State Fair on Tuesday, July 13th. In-person tickets for the comedy play range between $20 and $22.

Then, Wings Over America: A Tribute to Paul McCartney & Wings will take the stage on Friday, July 23, with ticket prices between $20 and $25. A few days later on Monday, July 26th, the Paramount will host two performances — 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. — by The Duttons, a family musical group based in Branson, Missouri. Tickets for those shows range between $15 and $20 for kids and $30 to $35 for adults.

The Paramount will be live streaming their July performances; tickets to access the shows from your home are on sale.
