(KNSI) – A 53-year-old Princeton man has died in a motorcycle crash on Highway 95.
The Minnesota State Patrol says Lonnie Mayo was driving his Harley Davidson east on Highway 95 near 107th Avenue when he hit a deer. That caused the bike to slide and roll over. Mayo was thrown from the bike and landed in the westbound lanes.
A GMC Sierra was going west on 95 and pulling a trailer. The driver swerved to avoid an object in the road, but the trailer hit Mayo. An oncoming semi then hit Mayo.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. The other drivers were not physically hurt.
