Minnesota BCA Asking for Public’s Help in Finding Missing St. Bonifacius Man

(KNSI) – The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has issued a missing person alert for a 26-year-old man from St. Bonifacius who hasn’t been heard from since this weekend.

Authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding Keegan Oyugi. Keegan is 5’9″ and 180 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red-and-white vertically striped shirt with a horizontal blue stripe across the chest, dark blue jeans and red Air Jordans with black details.

The Minnetrista Public Safety Department says Keegan last made contact with family and friends around 4 a.m. on Saturday and that he was going back to his home in St. Bonifacius after being in the Savage/Prior Lake area.

Keegan was driving a red 2012 Ford Mustang with a temporary Kansas license plate, #C632096. The vehicle has a white stripe on the rocker panel.

Anyone with information about Keegan’s whereabouts is asked to dial 911 or contact the Minnestrista Public Safety Department at 952-446-1131.
