(KNSI) – The Meeker County Sheriff’s Office says a 29-year-old Dassel man has been arrested after allegedly pointing a gun at a woman and threatening her.
A press release from the sheriff’s office says they were called at 11:40 Monday morning to a call of threats at a home in Dassel. A woman says a man pointed a gun at the ground and made threatening remarks.
One search warrant was carried out on the property by the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office and the Kandiyohi-Meeker SWAT Team. A second search warrant was executed by the CEE-VI Drug and Gang Task Force. In all, two guns, marijuana concentrate, psilocybin mushrooms, and synthetic LSD were recovered from the home.
The 29-year-old was arrested for reckless handling of a dangerous weapon and controlled substance violations. A 22-year-old woman at the home was arrested for a controlled substance violation.
Both were booked into the Meeker County jail pending formal charges.
KNSI does not typically name suspects until they have been charged.
