(KNSI) – A dog survived a house fire in Sartell that’s under investigation.
The Sartell Police Department says around 5 p.m. on Friday, firefighters were called to the 400-block of 2 ½ Street North for a fire.
When first responders arrived, they learned everyone was out of the home except for the dog.
Firefighters were able to keep the fire from spreading and put out the flames.
The dog was found inside the home and suffered minor injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
