(KNSI) – A warrant is out for the arrest of a St. Cloud man after police in Wisconsin say he drove there to meet a teenager and have sex with her several years ago.
According to the criminal complaint, 34-year-old Bradley Lukoskie was charged in Waukesha County Court on May 20th with child enticement, using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, and two counts of sexually assaulting a child under 16 stemming from the alleged incident in 2009.
According to the criminal complaint, Pewaukee police received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children saying their ex-boyfriend told them that when he was 23, he met a 15-year-old from Pewaukee, took her to a hotel and molested her. The tipster also says Lukoskie asked a teenager in Minnesota for nude photographs and said he searched the dark web for child pornography. The person also told police that Lukoskie told them after he got home to St. Cloud from Wisconsin, police knocked on his door, but he didn’t answer.
A report from 2009 shows that an officer went to a home in Pewaukee to take a missing person report from a mother who said her daughter was missing. Her daughter’s friends told her she was with a person named Brad, who was from Minnesota. Before the report could officially be filed, the teenager returned home. Police went back to the house and spoke with the girl, who confirmed she was with a person by the name of Brad, whom she had met on MySpace.
The girl denied having sex with Brad, but the criminal complaint says investigators uncovered 300 text messages between the two of them, many of which contained several references of going to a hotel to have sex. The teen denied the allegations again and stopped cooperating with the police.
According to the criminal complaint, based on the tip, police in Pewaukee got a hold of the girl, who is now a 27-year-old woman, to ask her about the incidents. She agreed to meet with the police and said she lied about what happened between her and Lukoskie because she thought she was in love with him and didn’t want to get him in trouble.
In both a verbal and written statement, the woman told police, when she was 15, she and Lukoskie would video chat and then eventually started text messaging with each other. She said the messages turned sexual and she believed the two of them were in a relationship.
She told investigators Lukoskie planned for months to drive to Wisconsin to meet her and then go to a hotel to have sex.
In June of 2009, she says Lukoskie picked her up from her mother’s house, and he checked in to the Best Western Hotel in Waukesha, sneaking her in the side door and they had sex. She said the next day, Lukoskie took her home but later picked her up and took her to a different hotel where they had sex again. The woman told police Lukoskie dropped her off at home after getting a call from her friend saying her mother was reporting her missing, and she says Lukoskie drove back to Minnesota, but the two kept in contact, even making plans for her to drive to Minnesota after she got her driver’s license.
According to the criminal complaint, Lukoskie told her he was 17 at the time and said as she got older, she realized what happened was wrong and was “creeped” out by Lukoskie. An officer informed her Lukoskie was actually 22 at the time of their encounter. She says he tried contacting her via phone and created fake Facebook accounts, and used fictitious email addresses to get a hold of her. She says this happened up until 2016.
A warrant for Lukoskie’s arrest was issued on May 26th.
