(KNSI) – St. Cloud-area Boys & Girls Clubs will be giving out meals on Mondays and Thursdays this summer.

Youth enrolled in programs at the Eastside, Roosevelt and Southside clubs will be able to pick up meals from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at those locations starting June 7th and ending on August 27th. Monday’s meal pick-up will include breakfasts and lunches for Monday through Wednesday, and Thursday’s pick-up will cover those meals for Thursday through Sunday.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota’s KIDSTOP programs will also provide breakfasts and snacks for enrolled kids on weekdays through the summer through the USDA’s National Summer Food Service Program.

“With the help of the SFSP, Clubs are able to set a good example of healthy eating habits for our members,”Christine Kustelski, director of clubs, said.

KIDSTOP summer breakfast and snack schedules:

  • Madison: Breakfast served 9:00 to 9:30 a.m., snack served 3:15-3:45 p.m. M-F starting June 2nd.
  • Oak Hill: Breakfast served 9:30 to 10:00 a.m., snack served 3:15-3:45 p.m. M-F starting June 2nd.
  • Kennedy: Breakfast served 9:30 to 10:00 a.m., snack served 3:00-3:30 p.m. M-F starting June 2nd.
  • Talahi: Breakfast served 9:15-9:45 a.m., snack served 3:15-3:45 p.m. M-F starting June 2nd.
  • Westwood: Breakfast served 9:00-9:30 a.m., snack served 3:00-3:30 p.m. M-F starting June 2nd.
  • Clearview: Breakfast served 9:00-9:30 a.m., snack served 3:00-3:30 p.m. M-F starting June 2nd.
  • Mississippi Heights: Breakfast served 8:45-9:15 a.m., snack served 3:00-3:30 p.m. M-F starting June 7th.
  • Pleasantview: Breakfast served 9:30-10:00 a.m., snack served 3:15-3:45 p.m. M-F starting June 7th.

The KIDSTOP sites are open weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the summer.
