(KNSI) – One man from St. Cloud is dead and another from Sauk Rapids is injured after a one-vehicle crash in Wisconsin on Tuesday.
Authorities responded to the scene along U.S. Highway 8 in Rusk County around 4 p.m. The Wisconsin State Patrol says the vehicle was westbound when it crossed the center line and went into the ditch, hitting a tree and a pole before rolling.
Officials say 70-year-old David Larson of St. Cloud was pronounced dead at the scene. He was a passenger in the car driven by 80-year-old James Mrozek of Sauk Rapids. Mrozek suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
