(KNSI) – Starting Monday, construction will begin on 10th Street Northeast in Sauk Rapids.
Work includes removing short sections of trail and sidewalk and replacing them with ADA-compliant warning ramps and landings. Crews will also mill and do an overlay of the driving surface between the bridge over Highway 10, over to Highway 23, plus new striping and crosswalk markings.
Drivers are asked to watch for flaggers in the area as they will be managing the traffic flow.
Weather permitting, the project is expected to wrap up in June.
