(KNSI) – A new brewery is coming to the St. Cloud area.
Back Shed Brewing will open its location in the former Crafts Direct Outlet Store at 624 Sundial Drive in Waite Park this summer.
A press release from Back Shed Brewing says it “values the simplicity of slowing down, sharing stories, and laughing over a hand-crafted cold beer made right here in the heart of Minnesota.”
That “slowing down” will include various events and live music with patio and outdoor seating to share stories and laugh over a friendly game of bean bags or sit down to a meal with fare from area food trucks. You can even have a cold one with your dog at your feet. The space will be dog-friendly.
The Schlect family is partnering with Chris Simonson, who will be the Head Brewer. Simonson has 15 years of brewing experience to bring to the table.
