(KNSI) – One person was hurt in a three-vehicle crash involving a semi on Interstate 94 near Monticello.

The Minnesota State Patrol says the semi and two passenger cars were headed eastbound on I-94 when they collided near Highway 25 around 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday.

According to the accident report, 24-year-old Manda Margarette Tietje of Lino Lakes suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to St. Cloud Hospital.

The driver of the other car, 61-year-old Sahid Mohamed Yusuf of St. Cloud, and his passenger, 55-year-old Katrina Stewart of St. Cloud, were not injured.

The semi driver, 56-year-old Ricky Leo Jensen of Owatonna, was also uninjured.

The state patrol was assisted on the scene by the Wright County Sheriff’s Office and CentraCare Ambulance.
