(KNSI) – A St. Cloud man is in jail after being accused of threatening a man with a pipe.

According to the criminal complaint, police were called to a home on the 700-block of 7th Avenue North on Sunday after 43-year-old Terry Lee Price allegedly threatened a man with a three-foot-long PVC pipe.

The victim said he was in his room when Price started knocking on his bedroom door.

According to police, when the victim came out of the room, Price told him to leave ‘his’ house while pointing the pipe at him.

The victim says he was afraid of getting attacked, so he ran back to the bedroom.

Price has been charged in Stearns County District Court with one felony count of domestic assault.

Price has prior convictions for third-degree assault and third-degree criminal sexual conduct. In 2018, Price pleaded guilty in 2018 to groping a lifeguard.
