
SAINT CLOUD (KNSI) —
The St. Cloud Tech Tigers defeated the Apollo Eagles in boys basketball action on Monday night.
The Tigers built a 38-35 lead at halftime despite Eagles guard Quemar Gresham who scored 17 points in the first half. Gresham finished with 21 points.
Tech pulled away in the second half enroute to a 71-55 victory. They were led by Dontae Horshaw who had 17 points and was named the All-Star Trophy and Awards Player of the Game.
With the win, the Tigers improve to 4-11 while the Eagles fall to 7-10.
