
SAINT CLOUD (KNSI) —
The Bemidji Lumberjacks defeated the Sartell Sabres on Thursday night in boys basketball action.
It was a defensive battle in the first half and the Lumberjacks led 35-23 at half.
Sartell made several attempts to mount a comeback but were ultimately unsuccessful as Bemidji came away with a 62-49 win.
Isaac Severts led the way for the Lumberjacks with 19 points and was named the All-Star Trophy and Awards Player of the Game.
Mason Lund was the high man for the Sabres scoring 11 points.
With the loss, Sartell falls to 6-7.
