(KNSI) – An 18-year-old is suspected of strangling and punching a juvenile female early Friday morning.
Police say they were called to a home about 1:30 on a report of a domestic assault. A juvenile at the home told police she was arguing with the man when he pinned her down on a bed and then choked and punched her.
She told police she went to his aunt to ask for help, and he told her he would kill her if she didn’t talk to him. She said he then picked her up by her hair and dragged her into a hallway where he bit and punched her. The criminal complaint says the aunt and an uncle intervened. A woman at the home backed up the juvenile’s story.
He was booked into the Stearns County jail, where he is awaiting formal charges.
