(KNSI) – St. Cloud police are investigating after a shooting Wednesday night.
Police were called to a report of possible gunshots at about 6:30 in the area of 25th Avenue South and 1st Street South. When they arrived, they didn’t find any victims, but investigators did find a crime scene on the west side of that intersection, saying what they saw indicated someone may have been shot.
Based on information gathered at the scene, police say everyone involved may have fled the scene in two separate vehicles.
A short time later, the St. Cloud Hospital contacted police to say someone came in with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound and investigators say the man was the victim they were looking for.
