(KNSI) – St. Cloud is expecting a new business.
Linn Investment Properties, LLC. bought the former Wendy’s building on Division Street and West St. Germain to expand their chain of self-service laundromats, Tumble Fresh Coin Laundry.
The current building will be torn down, and a new facility will be built.
Steve Linn, the owner of Linn Investment Properties, LLC., says they anticipate starting construction first thing in the spring and are hopeful for a mid-summer opening.
Tumble Fresh Coin Laundry has six locations currently established in the Twin Cities, and four, including the St. Cloud location, planned to open in 2020.
Tumble Fresh is the largest chain of laundromats in the Midwest.
