(KNSI) The Sartell Sabres defeated the Sauk Rapids-Rice Storm 3 sets to 0 on Friday.
Sartell completely dominated the first set 25-12 with Elizabeth Dille scoring 7 kills.
The Storm kept the second set competitive, but fell just short at the end, and Sartell took set 2 25-23.
The Sabres closed the game out strong with a final score of 25-16 in the third set.
Sartell’s Elizabeth Dille was selected as the All Star Trophy and Awards Player of the Game, and reached a milestone of 1000 kills tonight.
The Sabres advance to the 8AAA Semi-Finals, and will play on Tuesday night.
