(KNSI) - After three blasts of spring snow, the St. Cloud area has surged to 54.4 inches total snowfall for the season.

The average seasonal snowfall in St. Cloud is 45.7 inches.

Last winter, St. Cloud only received 31.9 inches of snow all winter.

The Monday and Tuesday snowstorms dropped 6.5 inches of snow, which is on top of the Saturday total of 5.9 inches.

Despite all this spring snow, St. Cloud residents are still in good spirits.

"We've lived here all our lives and we're used to it," said Rich, as we caught up with him and Carolyn in downtown St. Cloud around lunchtime on Tuesday.

"Just be glad your snowblower works," Carolyn added.

After speaking with them for a few minutes it was easier to understand how they're able to take all this snow in stride.

They said they'll soon be in Arizona, so if this spring snow continues they won't have to deal with it.
