Wolters, Jacks advance to NCAA tourney

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KNSI) St. Cloud Tech graduate Nate Wolters will play in the NCAA men's basketball tournament for a second straight year.

Wolters and his South Dakota State teammates beat North Dakota State 73-67 Tuesday night to win the Summit League championship.

Wolters led the way with 27 points, and was named tournament MVP for the second year in a row. He says playing the game in front of more than 6,500 mostly SDSU fans  in Sioux Falls was a great atmosphere.

SDSU is 25-9 on the season. They'll find out who their opening round opponent will be when the NCAA tournament pairings are announced Sunday.
