ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) It's not often a basketball game game goes into quintuple overtime--or five extra periods, but that was the case last night in the Section 8-4A championship game between Buffalo and St. Cloud Tech.

When the final buzzer sounded after a long night of basketball, the final score read Buffalo 83, St. Cloud Tech 75.

With the win, Buffalo advances to the State A Boys Basketball tournament. And the state tournament is where the St. Cloud Cathedral boys hockey team is at, and this afternoon at one o'clock, they play top seeded East Grand Forks in the semifinals. The winner advances to the title game tomorrow night at the Xcel Energy Center.
