- The loss ends the season for the St. Cloud State women

- The Huskies will take on Wayne State Sunday in the 2nd round of the NSIC tournament, pregame on 1180 AM at 2pm
Gustavus Adolphus 65, Johnnies 64
- The loss ends the season for the Johnnies
 
College Hockey:
- St Cloud State Huskies are home this weekend as North Dakota comes into town, Williams Integracare pregame gets started at 7:40pm on AM 1450 FM 103.3 KNSI
- The Penrose cup will be at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center this weekend for pictures
 
MLB:
Twins take on the Red Sox Friday in the first spring training game of the year
- The San Diego Padres are offering two free season tickets if you can hit a batting practice home run in a promotion that is called "Swing for your seats". There were 146 homeruns hit at Petco last season.
- Former Twin Carl Pavano is retiring after a 14 year career
