ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) It was a symbolic move only, but one that Jack Jablonski will never forget.
The former high school hockey player at Benilde-St. Margaret's was the final draft choice of the Chicago Steel Tuesday night--taken in the 28th round.
The Steel play in the Eastern Division of the United States Hockey Leage, and are considred one of the top junior hockey teams in the country.
Jablonski has been paralyzed since December 30th, 2011 when he was hit from behind into the boards during a junior varsity game against Wayzata.
After he was drafted by the Steel, Jablonski sent out a three word response via Twitter that read "Best Night Ever."
