GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — Tim Daly and Nic Dowd scored 12 seconds apart in the second period as visiting St. Cloud State rallied for the second straight night to beat North Dakota 3-1.

The ninth-ranked Huskies, whose two-goal outburst in Friday's game led to a 3-2 win over fifth-ranked North Dakota, improved to 3-0-1 in their last four games at UND's Ralph Engelstad Arena.

UND (2-3-1, 1-3-0 National Collegiate Hockey Conference) managed just 17 shots on goals and only three in the third period against goalie Ryan Faragher.

Faragher made 16 saves. His only mistake was a goal by freshman defenseman Troy Stecher, who gave North Dakota a 1-0 lead late at 18:40 of the first period.
