Gophers back in NCAA tournament

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (KNS) The Minnesota Gophers are back in the NCAA men's basketball tournament.

The 11th seeded Gophers will play 6th seeded UCLA Friday night at 9 pm in Austin, Texas. The Gophers are 20-12 on the season. The Bruins are 25-9.

St. Cloud Tech graduate Nate Wolters will play on the big stage again. He and his South Dakota State teammates face Michigan in the tournament.

SDSU is 25-9 this season and won the Summit League championship last week.
