Gopher women down Robert Morris

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (KNSI) The University of Minnesota women's basketball team improved to 9-3 on the season with an 82-60 win over Robert Morris on Sunday.

Freshman Shayne Mullaney paced the Gopher attack with 18 points, including four three-pointers. Sari Noga had 13 points, Rachel Banham had 12, and Micaella Riche finished with 11.

Minnesota shot 52 percent for the game, and finished with nine three-point field goals.

The Gophers are off until December 21st, when they host Northern Iowa.
