We are back for the fifth season with the same teams. From the Central Lakes Conference we will have: Sartell Sabres, Sauk Rapids Storm, St. Cloud Tech Tigers; St. Cloud Apollo Eagles and Rocori Spartans. From the Granite Ridge Conference; Albany Huskies, Becker Bulldogs and the Foley Falcons. From the Park Region Conference the Royalton/Uspala Royals and from the Central Minnesota Conference the Eden Valley Watkins Eagles.

Will bring you the individual results of the duals and Individual tournaments of all ten teams. Also the list of upcoming of events, current state ratings and conference standings. The Huskies will have back seven section place winners, including one state place winner and seven with a great deal of varsity experience. Gabe Zierden earned sixth place in the state last year, Marvin Stang, Wyatt Mergen and Will Mergen will be their key leaders thru out the season. They didn't lose anyone to graduation, so look for this team to improve on those dual meet numbers from last season. They finished in the upper tier of the Granite Ridge. Look for them to make a strong challenge for one of those top four spots in what should be a pretty balanced section dual meet campaign.

Jake Nelson, Nick Radunz, Mikey James, Lucas Paulson, Blake Paulson and Jacob Berning should be their key leaders thru out the season. They did graduate six seniors last spring, including four section place winners, of which one was a state qualifier. Despite the loss, look for this young team to continue to make strides of improvement, they should challenge those dual meet numbers from last season. Look for them to make a challenge for conference honors. They could challenge for a top four spot in what once again should be a pretty balanced section dual meet campaign.

Look for the Eagles of Eden Valley-Watkins possibly challenge for one of those top four spots in this section dual meet campaign. The Eagles have back six section place winners, including one state qualifier, which was a state place winner and four with varsity experience. Matt Schindler earned fifth at 152 36-6, Taylor Ludwig, Zach Nistler, Trevyn Ludwig and Aaron Holmberg all should be key leaders for this young team. Look for them to improve on their dual meet numbers from last season and to possibly challenge for the final four, in this section dual meet campaign.

The Falcons will have back from their good 32-10 dual meet campaign. Along with a section championship and fourth place class AA honors, seven section place winners, including three state place winners, of which two were in the state finals. Along with nine others with a great deal of varsity experience. State champion Mitch Trigg, State runner up Saylor Schmit and Nathan Garceau earned sixth place, Cameron Kowitz, John Dierkes, Mark Dierkes, Mitch Rothfork, Michael Rothfork, Justin Henry and Ean EanVanwald all should be key leaders thru out the season. They did graduate six seniors last spring, including four section place winners, two of which were state qualifiers. That is a big loss, but look for this very experienced group to challenge those dual meet numbers and for conference honors. If they can stay healthy should make a strong challenge to defend their section duals honors. They should challenge for state tourney honors, again if healthy they maybe one of the best teams in the state in AA.

Jason Kasella earned a third place medal at 195 34-5 and Jackson Held 22-5 are their returning qualifiers, Dalton Louden 27-8, Sam Costanzo 14-10, Damion Thiesen 15-13, Cole Wentland 12-11 and Brady Conrad 14-25 will be their key leaders thru out the season. They did graduate four section place winners, including one state qualifier. They will really miss their leadership, but if the Royals, if they stay healthy, look for this mixture of experience and youth to make big strides of improvement. They should challenge those dual meet marks from last season and be a factor in the balanced Park Region Conference. They should challenge for section dual meet honors, in what should be an very interesting section dual meet campaign.

Austin Brenner earned third place state honors, Graham Nistler, Alex Kern, Luka Rajkic, Dallas Hooper, Jayden Sundstrom all 20 match winners and Isaiah Green earned 3rd place in the section, will all be key leaders for the Tigers thru out the season. They did graduate six seniors last spring, including three section place winners, two state qualifiers, including a state runner up. Despite those losses, look for the Tigers to challenge those dual meet marks. They should also make a strong challenge for both conference and section honors.

Cole Fibranz, state champion at 220 and Jackson Penk third place medal winner at 113 and Patrick Hesse state qualifier at 106 will be their key leaders thru out the season. Look for Nick Pelach 28-9 to also challenge to a state tourney berth this season. They did graduate four seniors last spring, including two state qualifiers, of which one earned a fourth place medal. Those wrestlers will be missed, but

look for the Sabres to improve on those dual meet numbers, they should challenge for a top four spot in what should be a very balanced section dual meet campaign.
