(KNSI) - The Sauk Rapids-Rice Storm boys defeated the Apollo Eagles 62-55.

The Sauk Rapids-Rice boys jumped out to an early lead over Apollo, with Cody Landwehr leading the way.

Going into halftime, the Storm led the Eagles 29-20.

In the second half, Apollo's offense woke up and they were able to get themselves with in 1 point of taking the lead.

Sauk Rapids-Rice coach Derek Peterson was charged with a technical foul for arguing with an official, which helped Apollo gain momentum.

Apollo's late game surge was not enough however, and the Storm won the game 62-55.

Cody Landwehr was selected as the All Star Trophy and Awards player of the game with 21 points.

The Apollo Eagles girls defeated the Sauk Rapids-Rice Storm 70-50.

The girls game was less competitive as the Eagles jumped out to an early lead.

The Eagles led the Storm 30-21 going into halftime.

Out of halftime, the Eagle's offense exploded and the game got out of reach fast for the Storm.

The final score of the game was 70-50 in favor of Apollo.

Apollo's Lariah Washington led all players with 20 points and was selected as the All Star Trophy and Awards player of the game.
