Mike Tanner

News DIRECTOR for KNSI Radio

Mike Tanner began his radio career in his hometown of Sisseton, South Dakota in 1984 after graduating from Brown Institute. Mike has worked at a number of stations in the Upper Midwest over the years, including stops in Sioux Falls, Fargo and Minneapolis. 

Mike is married to wife Shannon, and has a daughter Meghan, who is an elementary education major and member of the Bison football and basketball cheer teams at North Dakota State University.

Mike joined Leighton Broadcasting in February 2012 and named News Director in September, 2012.
