JW Cox came to Leighton Broadcasting - and Minnesota - in the fall of 2011 to become the voice of St. Cloud State Husky football and basketball.

The California native and graduate of Arizona State University also contributes to the Metro Sports Commission coverage of high school athletics, calling football, boys and girls basketball, volleyball and baseball.

Along with an extensive sports background, JW also spent time working in news radio in Phoenix, Ariz. Along with his work on Husky and high school play-by-play, you can hear JW as a contributor to the KNSI's Benchwarmers sports program each Saturday.
