Erika Lewandowski joined Leighton Broadcasting in April 2012. She is a Minnesota native from a suburb of North Minneapolis. Erika attended Brown College for her degree in Applied Science for Radio Broadcasting, graduating in April 2012.

Her previous radio broadcasting experience includes The VBC (Voice of Brown College), Brown College's webcasted radio station.

She was also a part of the promotions staff at KSTP and was an intern at KDWA in Hastings, posting web stories, recording commercials and public service announcements.
