WAITE PARK, MN (KNSI) - The Waite Park City Council has approved a zoning change that will allow an apartment building to go on land that had been targeted for commercial development.
The property is west of Mills Fleet Farm near the Sauk River, south of Stearns County Road 75. The developer wants to build a 65 to 70 unit apartment building with detached garages at that site.
They'll have to come back to the council with a final site plan before construction can begin.
