ST. PAUL, Minn. (KNSI) Hunters and trappers selected by lottery for Minnesota’s late wolf hunting season must purchase their license by Thursday, or their license will be made available to others.
The Department of Natural Resources says any late season licenses not sold by that date will be made available at noon next Monday on a first-come, first-served basis to early or late season applicants not selected in the lottery.
As of Tuesday, the DNR has sold more than 1,000 of the 1,800 late season hunting license available, and more than 500 of the 600 wolf trapping licenses available.
