ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) The St. Cloud area will be digging out from a significant snowfall Friday night.

Around six inches of snow has fallen, and its likely to be blown around by gusty winds on Saturday.

A Winter Weather Advisory is posted for our area until noon Saturday. North winds are expected to increase --with gusts to 35 miles per hour possible.

That will lead to areas of blowing and drifting snow. The National Weather Service says you should be prepared for snow-covered roads and limited visibilities.
