Winter Weather Advisory posted

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) The National Weather Service has posted a Winter Weather Advisory for western and central Minnesota from noon Monday until midnight Monday night. It does include the St. Cloud area.
A powerful cold front will move through the region Monday afternoon. Northwest winds of 25 to 30 mph with gusts to 35 mph along with light snow will follow this cold front.
Areas of blowing snow are expected Monday afternoon through Monday night This could lead to reduced visibilities, especially in outlying areas.
In addition, temperatures will fall throughout the day, so the blowing snow may lead to slick spots on roadways.
New snow accumulations are expected to be in the one to two inch range.
