ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) The National Weather Service has dropped the Winter Storm Watch that was in effect for parts of Minnesota--including the St. Cloud area--for tonight into Friday.
The watch has been replaced by a Winter Weather Advisory from 6 pm tonight until 6 pm Friday--but it does not include St. Cloud.
It does cover southeast and south-central Minnesota--including the Twin Cities. Areas in the Winter Weather Advisory could see 3 to 6 inches of snow by tomorrow.
The St. Cloud area will see lighter amounts of 2 to 3 inches.
