Wind Chill Warning through midday Friday

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) We'll end the month of January with bitterly cold temperatures and wind chills.
Temperatures will struggle to remain above zero today, and wind chills will be in the 30 to 40 below zero range.
Overnight lows tonight could be around 20 below.
A Wind Chill Warning is in effect for the St. Cloud area through noon tomorrow.
People spending any significant amount of time outdoors should dress appropriately to avoid frostbite and hypothermia.
A warmup is in store this weekend, when high temperatures get back into the 20's.
