ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) We'll end the month of January with bitterly cold temperatures and wind chills.

Overnight lows tonight could be around 20 below.

A Wind Chill Warning is in effect for the St. Cloud area through noon tomorrow.

People spending any significant amount of time outdoors should dress appropriately to avoid frostbite and hypothermia.

A warmup is in store this weekend, when high temperatures get back into the 20's.
