ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) A Wind Chill Warning remains in effect for virtually all of Minnesota until noon Tuesday.

The National Weather Service says temperatures will remain below zero until at least midday Tuesday.

Monday night's lows will be between 15 below and 30 below zero. Combined with west winds around 10 miles per hour, wind chill values will range from 35 below to 50 below zero through midday Tuesday.

The bitterly cold weather has forced many school districts--including St. Cloud--to cancel classes for a second consecutive day on Tuesday.
