LITTLE FALLS,, Minn. (KNSI) The Morrison County Sheriff's Office says a woman who was found dead in a snowbank in Motley in February died from a drug overdose--and not exposure to the cold.
Sheriff Michel Wetzel says that's the conclusion following an autopsy performed by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office.
The body of 36 year-old Anna Eakle was found February 25th near the Country Terrace Apartments. Wetzel says no foul play is suspected, and that Eakle died due to an overdose of prescription drugs.
