BEMIDJI, MN (AP) - An arrest warrant has been issued for a mother accused of leaving four children in a hot car while shopping at Target in Bemidji.
The warrant was issued after 21-year-old Bianca Hazelrigg failed to appear in Beltrami County Court this week. Court documents say Hazelrigg left the children unattended in the car in 88-degree temperatures June 9. The two youngest, 2-year-old twins, are Hazelrigg's children.
The Bemidji Pioneer (http://tinyurl.com/boxbhll) says Hazelrigg recently moved from Bagley to St. Cloud.
