ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Bernard Berrian isn't backing down from a Twitter spat with a fan who happens to be a state lawmaker and supporter of a new stadium.
Rep. John Kriesel was tweeting after the team's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. He linked to Berrian's Twitter account and seemed to ridicule the player for commenting that he's open a lot and should get the ball more.

Berrian shot back with an offer to watch game tapes with Kriesel. He then added, "sit down n shut up." Kriesel is an Iraq veteran who lost his legs in action.
Kriesel responded, "Don't be pissed at me dude. Make a play."
Berrian later posted he wouldn't apologize. Kriesel tweeted Monday he was "just poking fun" and "it's all good."
A Vikings spokesman did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
