FREEPORT, Minn. (KNSI) The Stearn County Sheriff's Office has released the names of four people injured in a crash north of Freeport.

It happened just before 1:30 Saturday morning. Twenty four year-old Christopher Lehner of Upsala was driving a vehicle that crashed into a second car driven by 30 year-old Joshua Ainali of Sauk Centre on County Road 37.

Ainali was eastbound and attempting to turn onto northbound Mary's Lake Road when the car driven by Lehner was attempting to pass a third vehicle and  crashed into him.

Two passengers--22 year-old Jeremy Becker and 27 year-old Cody Becker--both of Grey Eagle--were also injured. Two of the injured were taken by ground ambulance to Melrose Hospital. Two others were airlited to St. Cloud Hospital.

The sheriff's office says Lehner has been arrested and is charged with two counts of criminal vehicular operation. Alcohol is believed to have been a factor in the crash.
