Unemployment Static for St. Cloud in May

ST. CLOUD, MN (KNSI) – The unemployment rate for St. Cloud remained unchanged in the month of May.
The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development says St. Cloud's jobless rate last month was 5.1 percent. Stearns County was at an even 5.
In Benton County, the unemployment rate dropped slightly last month to 5.4 percent. Mille Lacs County has the highest unemployment rate among area counties at 8.1 percent.
On a statewide level, Minnesota's unemployment rate in May was 5.6 percent.
