CORCORAN, Minn. (AP) A 2-year-old boy has died after being hit by a vehicle in Corcoran.

Hennepin County sheriff's officials say the toddler was struck about 6 p.m. Thursday at the Maple Hill Estates mobile home park.

A neighbor, Javier Gonzales, says a man and woman got out of the car that hit the child, scooped him up and took him to Maple Grove hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The child has not been identified.
