It happened at County Road 75 and 20th Avenue Southeast.

A 29 year-old St. Cloud man was eastbound, and unable to stop at a red light due to a vehicle malfunction. He hit another vehicle driven by an 85 year-old St. Joseph woman. The pole fell onto the man's car, which then caught fire.
