ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) A low pressure system will move into the region today, bringing rain to western Minnesota today, and central Minnesota tonight and Tuesday.
The National Weather Service Office in Chanhassen says the St. Cloud area could pick up two to three inches of rain by Tuesday night, then the coolest weather of the season moves in.
Daytime highs on Friday are not expected to make it out of the 40's.
The normal high and low for St. Cloud today are 58 and 36.
To our west, more winter weather is expected. A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for the Black Hills of South Dakota, where six to twelve inches of snow could fall.
