WACONIA, Minn . (KNSI) Two pitchers for the St. Cloud Rox were injured in a two vehicle crash in Carver County on Sunday.

The State Patrol says Kasey Ralston of Chaska is hospitalized in criticdal condition at Hennepin County Medical Center and 18 year-old Dalton Sawyer of Waconia is a patient at Ridgeview Hospital in Waconia. The crash ahppened just after 1:30 Monday afternon at Minnesota Highway 7 and Carver County Road 33 near Waconia when another vehicle collided with the car Sawyer was driving. The players were on their way to visit Sawyer's family at the time of the accident.

Ralston is a student at the University of Minnesota. Sawyer had been attending Indiana Univeristy, but was planning to transfer to a different school.

The jerseys of Ralston and Sawyer were hung up in the dugout when the Rox played Alexandria at Joe Faber Field last night.
