ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) St. Cloud police say they've arrested two juveniles in connection with multiple theft complaints taken over the past several days.

A total of nine reports have been made in which the juveniles would attempt to solicit donations from businesses, then ask to use the bathroom, and instead went into employee areas and stole cell phones and credit cards.

More than $1,000 in merchandise had been purchased with stolen credit cards and they attempted to purchase another $2,000 worth of goods but were declined.

Arrested were a 16 year-old boy from Waite Park and a 13 year-old boy from St. Cloud.

Charges pending include theft and felony transaction card fraud. Both boys are being held in the Prairie Lakes Juvenile Detention facility, and police say the investigation is ongoing.
