ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) - Two men are in jail on mutiple charges after being caught allegedly burglarizing a construction site.

The St. Cloud Police Department says the incident happened yesterday at about 3:15 am.

37 year old Leonard Berg of Sartell and 36 year old Billy Quirk of Rice were caught allegedly trying to steal copper wiring from inside of the walls of an under-construction apartment complex at 900 Cypress Road in St. Cloud.

Officers say they also found a vehicle on scene that had gone missing from Rainbow Play Systems earlier that evening.

Berg is facing 2 counts of 3rd degree burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and property damage, while Quirk is facing 3rd degree burglary and felony receipt of stolen propery.

Both men are being held in the Stearns County Jail.
